Sources tell TMZ that Kanye West and Bianca Censori's reps have been reaching out to divorce lawyers this week, signaling trouble in paradise! This isn't the first time the lawyers have been contacted—one of Ye’s reps allegedly fumed to a lawyer back in October amid reports of marital discord.

If they go ahead and file, things could get wild since there’s reportedly no prenup. In fact, our insiders reveal Kanye's been losing money since tying the knot! In California, they’ll split assets and debts—a situation that could leave Bianca in a unique position. While Kanye’s finances took a hit, including a disastrous Malibu property loss, she won't be on the hook for most of his pre-marital debts.
